Auto international is a long and well-established, supplier of Self-Drive Vehicle Rental services. We pride ourselves on giving a very personal service to all our clients old and new.
Auto-International works with only the most reputable car rental companies, constantly negotiating the best packages, on-behalf of you, our customer.

Auto-International was established in 1993. The company was incorporated into the 1st Direct group of companies in December 2008.
1st Direct Vehicle Rentals, are franchised agents for the Europcar Group of companies.
1st Direct Vehicle Rentals are a family owned and controlled company. We began trading as an independent business in December 2000. The company principal, Simon Bates has over 30 years self-drive car rental experience in both the UK and Europe.
With an extensive knowledge of the car hire industry, we believe we can improve the speed and efficiency in which the hire car is obtained and supplied. Whether this is finding the cheapest available car rental less than 24 hours before pickup or arranging our now famous “Meet and Greet” service to make the vehicle collection and your onward journey as stress free as possible.

With a 24-hour emergency helpline, we are always only a telephone call away in dealing with any queries or problems you may have before you arrive or whilst you are actually in the rental car.

Meet and Greet service

Our “Meet and Greet” service is great way to start a rental from either London Heathrow or Gatwick Airport.

After a long flight, the last thing any weary traveller needs is another, bus ride to some off airport rental site to be greeted by another long queue. Using our "Meet & Greet" service makes the whole rental process simple. Our uniformed representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall when you arrive. The Rental Agreement will have already have been completed and just require your signature. The car will be waiting outside and once we have explained the controls and checked the vehicle for damage, we will point you in the right direction. We aim to have you on your way in less than 5 minutes

Before the hire commences, usually at the point of booking, we will ask you to fill out a short and simple form online for any address, license details needed to complete the rental agreement. All information attained by Auto-International will not be passed on to any third party and is held on a secure server.
